After being with Oswald for 20 years, Lisa became a Partner of the company. She started out as our Promotions Manager and has worked hard to develop strategies to continue taking her team to the next level. She has worked in about every facet of marketing from being an Art Director to a Sales Manager so experience and problem solving are just some of her strengths, but building customer relationships is her passion.

Lisa has partnered with many companies and organizations over the years to provide them with the best branding solutions.

A graduate of the University of Kentucky, Lisa played volleyball on a full athletic scholarship. Today she loves to ride bikes and spend time with family and friends.

After graduating from the University of Southern Indiana with a BA in Advertising and Marketing, Chelsea found a home here at Oswald Marketing where she has proudly worked for the last 10 years!

As a Senior Executive Sales Associate, Chelsea is able to lean into what she does best, creating lasting relationships with her clients. Her major strengths are building bonds with her customers and also her devotion to each project no matter the size, big or small. She is the constant “go-to” person because of her vast experience and knowledge of the Promotions industry.

Most days you will find Chelsea listening to country music and hanging out with her beautiful family.

Edie Henton is an eager Promotions Sales Executive with a passion for building relationships, both in and out of the workplace. She graduated from Western Kentucky University (Go Tops!) in 2019 and has been at Oswald since moving back to Evansville in 2023.

Her love for forging relationships extends to her work, where she utilizes her skills to connect with clients, understand their needs, and deliver unique ideas that drive success. Edie is passionate about helping businesses achieve their goals and believes that strong relationships are at the heart of every successful partnership.

Outside of work, Edie loves binge-watching TV shows and spending time with her friends, family and her dog Murphy!

As manager of Oswald’s in-house embroidery shop, Angie takes great pride in providing the highest quality embroidery around.

From digitizing logos, to quality control and ensuring each product meets our clients’ exacting specifications, Angie makes sure our client’s happiness comes first.

Angie has also been an integral part of the Burdette BMX Track in Evansville, where she not only was track director, but also a racer. She loves to travel and her bucket list includes Bora Bora, New York City and Australia.

When looking to take your company to the next level, talk to Daltyn Schapker. As an Ecommerce Specialist, Daltyn not only builds company stores, but long-lasting relationships with clients as well.

Daltyn graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a BS in Marketing, and has been with Oswald since September of 2022. He loves working with clients, and not just meeting their needs, but exceeding them.

Outside of Oswald, Daltyn is a huge sports fan, especially the St. Louis Cardinals, Miami Dolphins, and Notre Dame. He enjoys playing pickleball and spending time with family and friends.

Penny has been at Oswald Marketing for over a decade, with the majority of experience in the Embroidery Shop. Currently, she works in the accounting department while also sharing her skills with digitizing in the embroidery shop. She also manages our clients’ company stores and assists with order entry.

Penny is also an avid UK Wildcats fan — “We must defend our team from those Indiana fans!” When not enjoying the games, she has three children and two grandchildren to keep her life entertaining. With over 18 years of advertising experience under her belt, Penny is a valuable asset to the Oswald Team.

Randy has been with Oswald for over seven years. He does an excellent job of working with our sales team to provide delivery service to our customers. We are so grateful to have him as part of our little group. He knows his way around our city, like the back of his hand, so he makes our lives so much easier.

Randy served in the Evansville Fire Department for 28 years and was Captain of Engine 4. In his spare time, Randy loves to spend time with his grandchildren, but you’ll also see him riding his Harley and fishing when he can.
